Transactions

A list of representative transactions and representations that we have undertaken or in which we have participated on behalf of our clients includes the following:

1.	Accession between two Russian commercial banks, creating a financial institution with combined total assets and capital of approximately £500m and £100m, respectively,

2.	Disposition of an insurance brokerage company with subsidiaries in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and France for approximately £20m,

3.	Disposition of a charter airline to a subsidiary of British Airways for approximately £10m,

4.	Disposition of a company involved in purchasing and importing food products from Europe into the United Kingdom for local distribution for approximately £6.5m,

5.	Disposition of a prime residential property in Central London for approximately £6.1m,

6.	Disposition of an international freight forwarding company to a German operator for approximately £4.5m,

7.	Public inquiry on behalf of a major landowner relating to the proposed constructions of a road and bye-pass,

8.	Multi-million dollar litigation on several occasions both in the United Kingdom and abroad on behalf of private clients involving financial interests in various countries.
