If you have been a customer of Pacific Continental Securities (UK) Limited (“PacCon”), now in liquidation, you may be able to make a claim to recover some of your losses through the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (“FSCS”). The evidence that we have gathered shows that most customers of PacCon were mis-sold shares through a combination of misrepresentation by salesmen and by negligence in failing to recommend the right type of shares to fit the client’s profile.

Services we offer

We are offering a No Win No Fee / contingency advisory for which we will carry out the following:

  • To register your claim with the FSCS
  • To enable us to help you we will need you to complete and return our Questionnaire. If sending original documentation please ensure these are sent by registered post.
  • Each claimant will receive a detailed questionnaire for the FSCS which we will complete for you based on the information supplied by you, to ensure you make full potential of your claim. Once completed we will return this form to you, to read and if you agree you will be asked to sign and return it to the FSCS.
  • Should the FSCS not settle fully without further correspondence, we will represent you, deal with all correspondence and should you be called to attend any meeting we will also accompany you.
  • We will continue until a conclusion is reached. Should the settlement offered be not acceptable for any reason to us/you then we will also instigate the appeal against the award and follow that through to completion.

If you wish to engage us please contact us by telephone or e-mail and we will send you the appropriate documents
